My Mission

Maybe some of the beliefs you have about yourself and the gym, the run, the ride, the class, the climb or whatever your challenge is are true. Perhaps they are not.

Maybe you are stronger, more powerful, and smarter than you think you are.

Maybe the way that you’ve been feeling can change.

My job is to help you to see what you can truly accomplish.

There is nothing more exciting to me than seeing my clients progress. My job as your trainer is not to just put you through a workout, but to teach you what to do and how to do it when I’m not there. 

 THE MORE YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT, THE FASTER YOU’LL GET TO YOUR GOAL AND THE BETTER YOU’LL BE  AT MAINTAINING IT.

 This is why I developed Independence Fitness Coaching, because it’s already in you. Together we can bring it out.
